There’s good news and bad news. First the bad.
External circumstances are extremely difficult right now. Even scary. Businesses not deemed “essential” are closed. Even in places where flooring is considered an “essential” service, there is virtually no traffic. We’re not sure exactly when the lockdown will end. It’s going to vary state-by-state as the lockdown is slowly phased out. And after it ends, we’re not sure how rapidly the market will rebound.
That’s the bad news.
Now for the good.
The good news is that, while you have no control over external circumstances, you DO have control over how you react RIGHT NOW. You can either hunker down, do nothing, and live in stress and fear. Or you can take meaningful, empowering action right now to help yourself and your business.
